    Massachusetts Cities

If you’re moving to Massachusetts, you’ll probably be wondering what you can expect when you visit. The state is one of the largest in the New England region, and is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Maine to the east, Rhode Island and Connecticut to the south, and New Hampshire and Vermont to the north and west. Regardless of where you’re moving to, there are some things you should know about the cities in Massachusetts.

The weather in Massachusetts can vary greatly between cities. You might choose to live in one of the largest cities in the state, which are often the best choices for a variety of reasons. For example, Boston has a diverse population, making it an exciting place to live. However, you’ll have to deal with winters in the low teens, and summers in the mid-to-high 30s. And while each city in the state has its own perks, there are still some areas that are worth checking out.

Most cities in Massachusetts were originally towns. As the population grew, the towns became too large to hold Open Town Meetings, so they became cities. Today, Massachusetts has more than three hundred and fifty-one cities and towns. While some are still considered towns, others are more incorporated than others. If you’re not sure which one is right for you, check out this list of cities and towns in Massachusetts. You may be surprised at what you find!
